I got the music player working again... by putting in an entirely new one. Hooray!

I'm doing a total website rehaul and I'm much happier with how it's looking, honestly. Simplicity is the best policy, I guess? I can add personality with cute stickers and stuff later. Much more purple-y, much more cohesive. Not to mention kicking out half the broken links that have accumulated over the past 6 months.

I'm going to improve this site, slowly, bit-by-bit over the summer: I'd like to get better at web design and coding and this seems like a fun way to do it AND keep an active journal of what I'm up to. I think I would die a little bit if one of my classmates found this, but it's whatever, mostly. Liking cute and kind of cringy stuff isn't the capital offense I used to think it was, socially. Just goes to show that medication DOES make a huge difference in perspective for me, LOL.

As for now, I'm packing up to go home for the summer. I'm excited for what the future holds!

"Not much is going on" so, that was a fucking lie. The semester is finally, FINALLY over, and thank god, because I don't know how much longer I was going to be able to keep running. I love my major, but good God, I piled up way too much work this year. Luckily I have the summer to decompress and maybe make this website functional. The music player seems to have broken since I last edited the site... that makes me sad.

The card game went well, everyone really liked it. I think I'll try to do more of my work in that style from now on. I love bright colors and geometric shapes, so it works well.

So, yeah. Kicking back, drinking a hard cider, going to try to go to the gym more to get #swole. Maybe I'll have a sick set of guns by summer's end (probably not). Sorry for the short check-in, and I'll hopefully have more to report next time.

Woo! First blog post! I'm doing well so far this semester: most of my day is taken up by school or work, but I'm glad to be doing it. Good work, you know? Productive. Meaningful, to me, at least.

Currently, I'm working on a card game for an imaging class, and some logo and branding work. I also agreed to help review a different professor's essay outside of class which I'm pretty excited about. Editing is fun.

Otherwise, not much is going on, really. Once I wrap up projects for this week I'd love to maybe stream on Twitch, but just for funsies. No date to speak of so Valentines Day is gonna be spent with the girls. I'm looking forward to it! :-)
